Been a while

I know I haven't posted in a while. Life has been *life* . I have been busy working on a bunch of different illustration projects. I just finish my sar'zine insert. 120 or so different variation on a theme. Lots of great writing and each issue will have a slightly different insert so buy as many as possible! They will be on sale in all sorts of fine bookstores very soon. Also the IIWII blog is still rocking hard!check it out. I foolishly made another group of flyers for a show that we actual ended up not being able to play......

This is a group of prototype flyers for a upcoming Wiscon Show at the FUNHOUSE. I loved this place when it was Zacks. Its their first show and is should be pretty good. Since its their first time out I assume that they will open the rodeo. There are three other bands playing that night. Jaguar Paw and The Sugarsmacks I haven't seen, but the headliners NighTrain is on the right side of Awesome!

BEEN A WHILE

Its been awhile since I posted anything. Mainly because of the ongoing move. Month two of looking, moving, and cleaning. Overall conclusion: I own way too much shit. On a completely different note... I do have some pretty exciting career news. One of my drawings I did many moons ago got chosen to be used for a book cover. It is a pretty interesting story how it all came about. I will go into far more depth in a later post when I have time. The book is titled: THE BLACK HAND OF GOD. For now, here are the links to his website and the amazon listing

A few years back A good friend ask for some really rough Ralph Steadman type illustrations for a book he was writing. It was a sort of Catch-22 like war novel set during the first few years of the second gulf war. For the latter half of 2006 I pumped out a whopping 45 or so images. The last I heard the book was caught up in the gears of the literary machine. Either way a few souls have been curious over the years so I figure I would post them......Here is part one. All of theses are just simple, very rough pen and ink drawings on illustration board-ENJOY!
